Awakening Within: power of circle (level 1)

Power of Circle is a potent, structured 5-day process in which women are supported in their desire to find clarity of purpose, cultivate their true essence and live their truth.

This desire combined with inner awakening provides guidance in finding our inspiration, self worth and sexual happiness. This journey is an unlayering of the paradigms of fear, judgment, shame, insecurity and negativity that keep us stuck in unhelpful reoccurring patterns. Journeying through this transformation offers new formulas for living, in a safe, supportive environment.

This unique program provides new language and methods of relating which opens us up to a deeper experience of love, intimacy and sexuality.

Power of Circle provides new ways of:
• Letting go of old assumptions about sexuality and reality.
• Communicating to neutralise emotional fears.
• Improving self acceptance and our ability to receive.
• Relating to self and others more intimately.
• Developing loving, caring, nurturing relationships.
• Achieving significant and lasting change.
• Increase libido through understanding conscious sexuality.
• Being present through movement and dance.

Conscious acceptance of our sexuality, and a desire to be intimate and create love, plays a vital role in feeling safe, empowering ourselves and living our passion. Power of Circle taken with honesty, dedication and a willingness to be vulnerable, presents the possibility for us to have a significant shift in awareness or a breakthrough in consciousness.

Awakening Within: power of vibration (level 2)

Level 2 is a course for women who have completed Awakening Within level 1 and would like to continue their journey.

Awakening Within helped me feel better about the changes my body has been through after having two children. I never realised how my attitude to sex and my body really mirrored what was happening in my deeper emotional life. The course has enabled me to feel more free in my capacity to express my sexuality and experience joy. By exploring my sexual journey, and external influences to my attitudes about myself and my body, I am finding new depths in my relationship of 16 years and in my relationship to myself. Carmen

I found Awakening Within to be a beautiful, gentle, challenging, nurturing, refreshing, liberating and in short, life changing experience. I learnt things about myself and my 49 year old body that had long been hidden, buried, unknown. I enjoyed the totally supportive environment that was set up and maintained by the facilitators.  I was able to trust myself and others and let go.

I laughed out loud (often) and also had opportunities for solitude, deep reflection, tears and healing. I found the exercises to be well paced and conducted in a climate of the upmost reverence and respect for each participant. I met some wonderful people.  Many of whom will be friends for life.
