Reiki Courses
Reiki is one of the few healing modalities where you can facilitate healing the self. When ready, anyone can connect with Reiki through a course run by a certified Reiki Master. Once attuned to Reiki you can give yourself a Reiki treatment as a way to help you unwind from a hectic day, help you sleep, aid your digestion, or simply to relax and re-energise.
The Usui System of Reiki continues to be taught by Reiki Masters who are trained in the original traditions of Reiki, and whose personal and professional lives are committed to the healing art and the lifestyle it engenders.
I am a Traditional Usui Reiki Master and attune people to Reiki through my courses.

Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 is taught over two consecutive days with classes running from 10am to 6pm on both days. During Reiki Level 1 I will perform four simple healing ceremonies called Reiki attunements to align and tune-in your energy centres. These rituals connect you to Reiki for life and will empower you to use Reiki on yourself, family, friends and pets.
After this process is complete, the Universal Life Force becomes amplified when drawn through your hands. You will learn the basic hand positions for treatments and ways to use Reiki in your own life. Class time is provided for you to practise Reiki on yourself and other students.
The teaching is oral tradition so you will also hear the story of Reiki and the Reiki precepts.
It is recommended that you keep the remaining time of your weekend quiet and simple, allowing yourself to just be with Reiki and reflect upon the day if you need to. You will find it helpful to avoid alcohol and other non-prescribed drugs the day before the class starts until the class has finished.
The only prerequisites for learning the Usui System of Reiki and taking part in Reiki courses are: openness, a desire to learn and a commitment to use Reiki in one’s life.

Book Reiki 1 Course

Reiki Level 2
Reiki Level 2 is taught over two consecutive days with classes running from 10am to 6pm on both days. There is one simple ritual at this level.
Level 2 is designed for those who have at least three months experience of Reiki at Level 1, are using Reiki actively in their lives and are ready to learn the sacred symbols used for distance healing, mental healing and increased energy. At this level of Reiki training you make another commitment to use Reiki in your life.
It is recommended that you keep the remaining time of your weekend quiet and simple, allowing yourself to just be with Reiki and reflect upon the day if you need to. You will find it helpful to avoid alcohol and other non-prescribed drugs the day before the class starts until the class has finished.

Reiki Circle & Reiki Exchange
Do you have Reiki and would like to meet and share Reiki with others?
On the first Wednesday of each month from 6.30pm to 9.00pm I hold a Reiki Circle where you can come and share your experiences with Reiki and exchange treatments. This is a wonderful way to experience and to develop your Reiki practice.
