government-organisation that aims to provide quality goods and a trouble free
service.

Payment Facilities

The OneLove Foundation has the PayPal secured payment facility installed on the site for ease of payment. 

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of canvas for any reason, we are unable
to provide a refund as we have a no refund policy

Damaged or Defective Products

Every canvas is quality checked and packaged in bubble wrap and a custom sized
box to prevent any damage in transit.

Please note that there may be a slight variation in colour on your canvas, as images viewed on screen may vary to what is printed on canvas. 

Delivery

OneLove aims to have your canvas delivered to you within 7 - 10 working days

Your canvas will be delivered via couriers - this means a better service for you, it
also means someone will have to sign for your new canvas print (your parcel can
be left on front step if requested)

Deliveries can be made anywhere within Australia please note that Postage and
Packaging costs are not included in the cost of the canvas on the gallery page. This
is calculated independently. Due to the relatively light weight of each canvas the
cost of couriering more than one canvas is not double the cost as it is calculated by
size.

Overseas deliveries can be made by arrangement.

sets out the policies and how / why we collect personal information. By visiting
www.onelove.net.au (“the website”) and submitting your personal information you
are indicating that you agree to the terms and conditions of the website and this
privacy statement.

The information collected is used only to benefit the user and will not be disclosed
to a third party.

You do not have to disclose any personal information when visiting the website. If
you choose to purchase a product over the internet OneLove will require various
information in order to complete the sale. This information collected is typically:
